ADDY Checklist:
- Gather best work from January 1, 2012 - December 31, 2012
- Register online and fill out online entry forms
- Make two complete sets of each entry. We’ll use one for The Raid and judging … then we’ll have a pristine copy for forwarding. Stop by the Ad Club for bags for your entries, or bag’em up when you drop off.
- Please take a moment to review the submission requirements for your medium-TV, Radio, Print, Online etc. It will save you time later. See our ADDY Guide for more details.
- Take a moment to review the rules for student entries. See our ADDY Student Rule Guide for more details.
- Make sure each entry has the entry number affixed to the back
- When dropping off entries remember to bring a printout of your manifest form and payment. (check or credit card)
- Are you an early bird? Drop off your entries on January 24th from 3:00-7:00pm and celebrate with our signature cocktail.
- Avoid late fees! Drop off entries at the Ad Club office by noon on January 25th
- Email jpg. of each entry to addys@sandiegoadclub.com
- Want to add more entries? Just go back online and access your account-remember to write down your password. Late deadline is January 29th at 5:00pm (costs $20.00 more)
